Shipping policy

WE DO FREE SHIPPING Starting $59.99 AND ABOVE in the United States of America (customized packing either regular or Priority Mail)

WE DO NOT SHIP ON THE WEEKEND

We don't do overnight shipping because were located in the Island of Hawaii.

• We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail Package (2 to 4  business days).
• All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
• All movement is traceable via the tracking number provided.
• Business days do not include weekends and holidays.
• We do not offer ship back to the buyer in cases where the delivery was unsuccessful due to the negligence of the buyer.
• We do not accept returns and exchanges after 5days upon received. 
  
• We do not send RETURN Labels if customer wishes to return the items.
• We are not responsible for stolen packages if delivery has been confirmed through the order tracker.
  
• The customer is responsible if their package gets redirected to our HQ and marked as unclaimed for undeliverable due to invalid/incomplete address.
• We do not offer free shipping back to the customer in cases where delivery was unsuccessful because he or she failed to receive the package.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS NOT GUARANTEE THE ESTIMATED TIME ARRIVAL Even it is indicated on the time of Purchase.
• WE are not RESPONSIBLE for any LOSS or STOLEN items.
• If CUSTOMS or any Government Agencies Confiscate or Cease the items we are not RESPONSIBLE for any refunds.
• International Order (outside USA) MUST NOT exceed $200.00 USD including the shipping cost.
